You can configure it to record audio from your sound card simultaneously.The video compressor is selected by using the settings dialog of the program. You can specify how many frames per second will be recorded, as well as the key frame rate of the output movie, from the same dialog. Depending on the codec you choose, it should be possible to customize further the video output. The audio stream's compression can also be customized.
