• 3 May 2017, I am also having this issue. The in-game dynamic resource downloader is stuck at 1%(1.19MB), although my connection is really good. I tried using many different connections (wi-fi & non wi-fi). I even tried to let it download for a few hours, no progress at all. Just commenting this to let the devs know that it's quite a common issue.
• Try to use wifi instead of mobile data. If you stick to mobile data, go to settingsappsmobile legendsclear cache. Then open the game and try again. Move from skins to shop for the time being. And dont put the mobile in idle mode, it might interrupt the download process. Reply Support Not support. Use magic Report.
