Jan 18, 2015 Check Find drivers manually, then as a path to driver select 'C: Program Files (x86) Delphi Diagnostics DS150E (New VCI) Driver' (if 64 bit OS) or 'C: Program Files Delphi Diagnostics DS150E (New VCI) Driver' (if 32 bit OS) if you have Autocom use Autocom path. Select 'Check Subfolders' and it should works after that. I hope I could help.

I bought a new delphi ds150E installed 2013.2 and have it activated through the china resellers because of time difference its taking a little it longer to sort this out I am getting a usb not recognised when i plug the vci into the obd2 socket with laptop on and delphi open (car running for 12+v) Light blue light on in Vci.

Please use Windows XP, Win 7 32/64 bit or Windows 8 if installing pre 2016 version software. 2016+ versions support Windows 10. If you get a “VCI not found” error or can not connect to any vehicle, check that the drivers are installed and that the VCI is properly configured in Settings -> Hardware Setup.
